Conference filming
We can supply up to four Sony XDCAM HD cameras with skilled operators to get the most from your speakers by making them look great on screen.
Speaker videos
Using state of the art digital recorders we can capture a full days conference including Powerpoints and media to make stunning web videos.
Promo videos
During the conference we can pick up networking and location footage to combine with conference shots to produce a stunning promo video.

Digitalcut is a conference and event video production company based in Exeter, UK. We have a sister company called Exeter Web Video who specialise in commercial and corporate video and we have been established over 10 years.
We aim to supply affordable HD video services to conferences and AV companies in the UK, EU and anywhere else we are asked to go! We can easily travel with minimal costs as all out kit is highly portable and procured to be carried with us aboard standard flights.
We have a reputation for providing top quality live feeds and recordings at conferences as well as a quick turnaround on speaker videos to make your keynote’s message available to a world wide audience. We also produce fast moving positive promo videos to push your event forward in future years.

We have just finished a promotional video and over 60 speaker videos filmed at the Festival of Media LATAM in Miami Florida. This is the second festival we have filmed working for our partners Promus Productions and CSquared UK. With a crew of two we worked closely with the US AV crew, SWANK and produced a stunning HD live feed and speaker videos recordings.

The Oil & Money Conference was at the Intercontinental Hotel, London. Digitalcut provided a HD live feed and recorded over 30 speaker videos as well as a promo for the organisers, International Tribune Herald in conjunction with Concerto Live. We fielded a crew of four on this job as it required two cameras for a live feed, Powerpoint & data recording as well as grabbing footage for a promo. See the promo on our Portfolio page.

After a 30 hour road trip we arrived for the second year running in Montreux, Switzerland to film at the conference organised by CSquared. It’s now become the worlds most popular media conference. Along with a Celina and Tim I spent a hectic four days filming some 65 videos and a promo! Tim and Celina also provided a live feed at the Gala Awards on the Tuesday evening. Nasty trip back as we had snow in places, but we did it non stop in 18 hours… phew!
Square Up – charity boxing event

For the third year running we worked with our colleagues from Promus Productions on two back to back boxing events. Square Up and Fight Night, which are charity events where novices get to train as boxers then fight at the event for charity. They undergo a 6 week training regime which gets them fit to face their opponents in the ring. We supplied two cameras for live feeds and also recorded the Powerpoints and videos for subsequent editing and promo video use.
Cover Protection and Health Forum

For the second year running we have attended the Cover Protection and Health Forum/Excellence Awards for the Insurance industry. It was a busy day filming ten keynote speakers and their Powerpoints/videos, then it was a quick change of set by our colleagues at Promus Productions and the same room was used for the Gala Dinner/Awards ceremony in the evening. We stayed and filmed acceptance speeches by the winner to go up on line the next day.

Digitalcut took a crew of four down to a sunny Montreux, Switzerland for a week in May. We were contracted for the fifth year running to provide a live feed for the Festival of Media conference and to produce over seventy web videos of speakers.The FoM is the biggest media conference of it’s kind in the world and attracted over 650 delegates. CSquared were so pleased with the results we have already been signed up for the 2013 conference, also in Montreux. Great, another road trip!
